Thank you for choosing noe ai, your personal skincare tracking and appearance insights app. This policy explains how DM Investing OÜ (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Estonia under register code 16063296, with its registered office at Kase 5, 12011 Tallinn, Estonia, handles information whenever you use the app.

1. Minimal Data Processing & Storage

All information you enter—daily check-ins, lifestyle answers, skin appearance insights, and summaries—remains on your device only unless you actively enable cloud backup. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

1.2 Cloud Backups

If you enable sync, the App creates an end-to-end encrypted backup of your data on our secure cloud servers solely to enable backup and multi-device access.

All transferred data is encrypted in transit. Our current and future cloud providers must meet or exceed strict security, privacy, and retention standards, including ISO 27001-certified data centers and regional data residency controls.

You can pause sync and delete your cloud data at any time through the App settings.

1.3 Facial Image Processing

We take image privacy seriously. When you choose to receive image-based skin appearance insights, your photo is end-to-end encrypted and sent to a trusted third-party vision model provider for processing.

  • • No faceprint, embedding, or biometric identifiers are created or stored.
  • • Images are deleted from our servers within 30 minutes of processing.
  • • Any future providers will be required to meet or exceed the same privacy, security, and deletion standards.

2. No Account or Registration Required

You are not required to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details to use the App. All features are accessible without registration.

3. Data Security

Since your data is stored locally on your device by default, it is protected by your device’s built-in security features such as passcodes or biometric authentication. We recommend keeping your device secure and up to date.

4. Third-Party Access

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising purposes. Your images are processed temporarily by a trusted third-party provider solely to generate skin appearance insights as described above.

The App may include affiliate links to skincare products. If you choose to visit a retailer through these links, we may earn a small commission. No personal data is shared by us in this process. Any tracking on the retailer’s website is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

If cloud sync is enabled, you may request deletion through the App settings. We will immediately issue a deletion request to the cloud provider, who must purge all encrypted data and associated backups within 24 hours. Dormant cloud backups (no activity for 12 months) are automatically deleted after a 30-day grace period.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.

7. Intended Use

The App is designed for cosmetic and informational purposes only. It provides general skincare insights and routine suggestions focused on skin appearance and user-reported preferences.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and is not intended to identify, manage, or treat medical conditions.

Information provided by the App should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have concerns about your skin or health, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
